Carolyn Drew is an author-activist who writes humane education children’s books with the goal of empowering children to make conscious and compassionate life choices. She created the Roxi book series to raise awareness of animal welfare issues around the world. While appropriately written for young children, her stories have an ethical message to encourage conversations about how we treat sentient beings. Partial proceeds of all book sales are donated to animal advocacy and rescue organizations. “I am saddened by the cruelty and abuse towards animals around the world. I’m hoping these stories will plant seeds of kindness, compassion, and respect for all living creatures into the hearts and minds of my readers.”
